Formed from cryptocrystalline quartz, its origin is shrouded in legend: it is believed to have been born millions of years ago when a meteorite fell to Earth. With the natural movement of the river, the stones acquire their unique oval shape, a symbol of unity and balance. They are collected only one day a year and then hand-polished until they achieve a smooth, shiny surface.
