Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

At Lua de Cristal, all our pieces are produced by hand, with great care, attention, and affection. Each item also undergoes a special cleaning and energizing process, which requires additional preparation time.

The average production time is 8 to 12 business days. However, whenever possible, orders are shipped before this period.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once production is complete, shipments are made via CTT Registered Mail.
The estimated delivery time is:

2 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal;

Extended time for the islands, according to CTT's local logistics.

⚠️ Important: Deadlines are counted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is collected by CTT, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking code and shipping information.

This email will be sent to the same address registered at the time of purchase and will have the following subject: "Order #xxxx shipment is on its way".

If you cannot find the email, please check:

-If the email was registered correctly;

-If you received the registration activation email;

-Your SPAM or junk folder.

The tracking code may take up to 48 business hours to appear in the CTT system after the shipment is processed. This delay is normal and beyond our control.

 

4. Delivery Responsibility

Lua de Cristal undertakes to prepare and dispatch all orders within the informed deadlines.

However, from the moment the order is handed over to CTT, all logistics become the responsibility of the carrier.
Situations such as delivery delays, strikes, loss, or operational problems of CTT are beyond our control.

5. Delivery Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to correctly fill in the address details at the time of purchase.
We ask for special attention when filling in:

Full name; Street and number; Postcode; Locality and parish; Valid phone contact and email.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address within the period indicated by CTT, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.
