Returns and Exchanges:

Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for return or exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account.

Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info.luadecristal@gmail.com and we will get back to you immediately .

Shipping:

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at nfo.luadecristal@gmail.com and we will provide you with shipping details. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
