ABOUT THE PIECES
1. Are the pieces handmade?
Yes. All our pieces are handcrafted, with love, intention, and dedication. Each creation is unique and made especially for each order.
2. Are the crystals natural?
Yes, we work exclusively with natural and authentic crystals, carefully selected for their energy and quality.
3. Are the pieces energised?
Yes. Before each shipment, all pieces go through a process of cleansing and energising, respecting lunar cycles and spiritual techniques, so that they arrive ready to vibrate with your energy.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
4. What is the production time for the pieces?
The production time is 8 to 12 working days, as each piece is handmade and undergoes an energetic ritual. Whenever possible, we anticipate this deadline.
5. Can I order a personalised piece?

SHIPPING & TRACKING
6. How does shipping work?
After production, shipping is done via registered CTT, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days for mainland Portugal. For the islands, the deadline may be extended, depending on CTT logistics.
7. When do I receive the tracking code?
You will receive an email with the tracking code within 2 working days after the order is shipped. The code may take up to 48 working hours to appear in the CTT system.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND RESPONSIBILITY
9. What if I enter the wrong address?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to correctly fill in the delivery address at the time of purchase.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, a new shipping fee will be applied for re-shipment.
10. What if the order is delayed or lost?
From the moment the order is handed over to CTT, logistics become the responsibility of the carrier. In case of delays, strikes or loss, we offer all necessary support, but we are not responsible for issues external to our operation.
ENERGY & SPIRITUALITY
11. Can I wear the piece every day?
Yes, the pieces can be worn daily. We only recommend that, if possible, you remove them for sleeping or bathing, out of care for the materials and your energy.
12. How do I care for my crystal's energy?
You can regularly cleanse and energise your crystal using methods such as:
Full moon bath; Sage or palo santo incense; Selenite; Meditation and intention
We believe that the most important thing is your personal connection with the piece.
